David Yurman is seeking a SoHo Seasonal Operations Support to assist the Retail Store Operations Staff. The role runs from late September 2026 to January 2027 and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• At least 1 year in an operations or customer service role, luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Enter sales at POS.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls.
• Assist on the sales floor when needed to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping per guidelines.
• Wrap client packages with Sales and Operations team.
• Assist with cleaning client jewelry.
• Restock store packaging, stationary, and bags.
• Unwrap David Yurman bags for easy access.
• Assemble DY pocket folders.
• Package and ship client packages.
• Inventory office, packaging, and stationary supplies.
• Inventory packaging needs.
• Inventory stationary needs.
• Identify client jewelry repairs and aid in maintaining a clean case line.
• Organize understock and assist with inventory audits.
• Keep jewelry cleaning area organized.
