David Yurman Beverly Hills is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist with daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes inventory reconciliation, stock control, packaging, and data entry in KWI, with an emphasis on reducing shrink and maintaining luxury visuals.

The position requires at least 1 year in a customer-service operations role, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in an operational role in a customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily inventory counts and the reconciliation.
• Assist the store manager with stock control and delivery procedures to reduce shrink.
• Assist with packaging of merchandise to deliver to clients.
• Enter repairs into KWI and update the repair book and log.
• Communicate any deficiencies in supplies and materials.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Maintain adherence to retail operating and security procedures.
• Complete company paperwork accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Create a welcoming luxury environment for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service with customer priority.
• Identify and exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve/exceed KPI targets.
