Job summary

David Yurman Manhasset is seeking an Operations Support associate to assist the store team, delivering superior customer service and supporting daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, stock control, merchandise packaging, repairs entry, and maintaining visual standards while ensuring security procedures. The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours and a focus on premium client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an operational role in a customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Support stock control and delivery procedures to reduce shrink.
• Assist with packaging of merchandise for clients.
• Enter repairs into KWI and update repair book and special order log.
• Communicate deficiencies in supplies and materials.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls.
• Ensure adherence to retail operating and security procedures.
• Complete company paperwork accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping per guidelines.
• Create a welcoming luxury environment for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service with customer priority.
• Identify and exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Maximize selling opportunities to meet or exceed store KPI targets.
