LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in New York seeks an experienced Sales Planning and Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. This full-time role partners Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to translate commercial strategy into disciplined execution.

You will lead forecasting, allocation, and inventory planning for launches and non-sellable items, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver data-driven insights to accelerate commercial performance and strengthen profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales operations, demand planning, supply chain, or related function in a Wholesale environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Experience with forecasting, allocation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Exposure to S&OP or integrated business planning processes is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Sales Operations & Process Excellence: Support Key Account Managers and Account Executives in day-to-day commercial operations; coordinate with Order Management to resolve issues; streamline workflows for non-sellable items; identify process improvements.
• Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with Forecast & Demand Planning to reflect market trends in forecasts; lead forecasts for novelties and non-sellable items; support sell-in forecasting and budget cycles; monitor forecast accuracy and suggest actions.
• Inventory Optimization & Allocation: Build novelty product allocation plans; discuss assortment strategy; maintain inventory levels across channels; monitor ageing inventory and propose actions.
• Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Insight: Track sell-in vs targets, analyze performance, and develop reporting to support decision-making and business planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & S&OP Support: Align with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain; support S&OP processes; translate priorities into actions; build stakeholder relationships.
