Parfums Christian Dior in New York City seeks a Temp Coordinator for Retail & Operations to support the North America Retail Innovation team in executing new luxury retail concepts, including boutiques and pop-ups, with a focus on delivering an exceptional omnichannel client experience.

This role requires organization, agility, and resilience to ensure operational excellence from planning through execution, including openings, onboarding materials, vendor coordination, and store profile

Qualifications

2+ years of retail operations experience, ideally in beauty or luxury environments.
Excellent time management and prioritization in dynamic settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with initiative, ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain openings operations tracker and vendor timelines with regular updates to Retail & Operations.
Support onboarding, training materials, and field team readiness for openings and pop-ups.
Act as a point of contact for boutique staff and coordinate communications with vendors.
Code Retail Operations invoices and handle administrative tasks for Retail Innovation leadership.
Promote a positive team environment and collaborate across departments.
