Job summary

Cartier North America seeks an Operations Coordinator for the Dallas boutique to uphold Maison standards and drive operational excellence. You will handle transactional activities, financial compliance, logistics, and inventory while supporting policy implementation and process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends. Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus, with SAP and MS Office proficiency

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Luxury retail, service or hospitality operations experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends) and travel for trainings as needed.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Maison policies and procedures; champion compliance.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage product movement in/out of boutique with quality control and stock loss prevention.
• Monitor financial aspects of boutique sales and ensure proper paperwork is submitted.
• Support transactional flows (ecommerce, etc.) for efficient operations and client experience.
• Coordinate inventory counts and annual inventory.
• Support boutique audits and execute action plans with management.
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown for opening/closing; collaborate with management to improve operations.
