Job summary

Cartier North America seeks an Operations Coordinator at Tyson's to uphold compliance and drive operational excellence in a dynamic boutique environment. You will handle day-to-day processes, provide financial and transactional support, and coordinate inventory, shipments, and vendor relations with a focus on accuracy and client experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce policies within boutique; support compliance.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Move product in/out of boutique, manage shipments and stock movements.
• Ensure proper packing, shipping, and receiving for high value items.
• Monitor boutique sales finances and submit paperwork to corporate teams.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for seamless operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and annual stock reconciliation.
• Partner with management to uphold Cartier standards and audit actions.
