Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• College degree preferred; gemology background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and drive store sales and profitability.
• Handle order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered and displayed with Tiffany Touch.
• Collaborate with Sales Professionals, management and clients to optimize sales opportunities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and communicate discrepancies to management.
