You will collaborate with Sales Professionals and management to protect inventory accuracy, support shipping/receiving, and help sustain the Tiffany experience that drives sales and brand legacy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage data and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights and weekends.
• Organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through.
• Flexible to perform different tasks based on daily needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensuring merchandise delivery with Tiffany standards.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and store sales, handling calls and emails efficiently.
• Elevate in-store experience through hospitality, product knowledge, and client feedback.
• Support daily operations: shipping/receiving, replenishment, inventory reconciliation, and process improvements.
