Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Houston Galleria is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house activities, coordinate order fulfillment, inventory and client service initiatives. The role supports store leadership, may act as manager on duty, and requires 2-3 years in retail operations; proficiency in Word and Excel.

You will help drive sales and ensure operational excellence in a luxury environment, maintaining the Tiffany standard in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations and service.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Manage inventory and support store operations to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional client service and assist Sales Professionals as needed.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of a store leadership member.
