Responsibilities

• The Operations Professional drives back-of-house operations with strong communication and problem-solving to support sales and profitability.
• Carry out operations functions to support the store in achieving or exceeding sales plans, and manage inquiries via phone and e-mail.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering the Tiffany Touch and exemplary client service.
• Provide exceptional operational support: order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation.
