Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
• Prefer a college/university degree.
• Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Professional is the heart of back of house operations, supporting sales and profitability.
• Carry out operations functions to support store sales targets and service quality.
• Provide exceptional client service and handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and merchandise delivery.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend, capturing data for new and existing clients.
• Execute daily tasks in operations including shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support store efficiency by communicating with Sales Professionals and management.
