Fendi in New York is seeking an Omni Stockist to support store management and the Fendi network in fulfilling product requests, driving retail and digital sales, and coordinating consignment and virtual selling to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work on order fulfillment, clienteling on digital platforms, and cross-store collaboration, with eligibility for sales commissions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-4 years professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Order fulfillment & shipping: prioritize orders for 24-hour fulfillment, manage rebalance transfers, pull and package deliverables, and process Ship-from-Store (SFS), Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS), and Curbside Pick-up.
• Sales & cross-store support: drive Retail Network sales by processing charges for Client Advisors outside the home store, and participate in consignments and virtual selling (including hosting virtual appointments).
• Operational accuracy & quality control: reduce incorrect order fulfillment, improve return speed and accuracy, decrease resolution time for open client order cases, and review aged BOPIS orders to return stock to the floor when necessary.
• Clienteling & digital platforms: support day-to-day use of in-store digital clienteling platforms as a technical expert for store teams; create targeted clienteling lists for promotions, track results, and share insights.
• Collaboration & loss prevention: attend leadership and selling team meetings, build cross-functional partnerships, participate in Loss Prevention procedures, and meet service level standards to ensure exceptional customer experience.
