Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably fashion retail or luxury.
• High ethics, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with efficient inventory management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock processes.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication with store management, sales teams, and staff.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (climbing ladders, lifting boxes).

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving and report issues to Store Director or Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise following procedures (transfers, RTVs, damages).
• Identify and resolve problems in operations promptly.
• Maintain clear operations documents and procedures.
• Submit tax-exempt forms as required.
• Communicate discrepancies to management immediately.
• Process repairs and damages per company guidelines.
• Assist with boutique maintenance.
• Place orders for supplies for office and store.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and security guidelines.
• Perform store cycle counts and reconciliations with direction.
