Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Operations Coordinator (In Store) to lead back-of-house operations, coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, and client service activities, and serve as a key holder with manager-on-duty responsibilities when needed.

You will support sales goals, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver the Tiffany Experience while maintaining stock accuracy and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail operations experience with merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations and coordinate order fulfillment, inventory and client service activities.
• Act as a key holder and manager on duty when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Open and close the store as needed and support sales goals with operational excellence.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
