Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Houston Galleria is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house operations, manage inventory, and coordinate client service activities.

The role supports store leadership on initiatives that drive sales and enhances guest experiences, while serving as a key holder when a manager is unavailable. Responsibilities include overseeing order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Coordinator takes the lead by performing all back of house operations in a Tiffany store. The Coordinator has a passion for providing excellent client service and partners with store leadership on key initiatives which supports the team and drives sales goals.
• Carry out operations and sales support functions to support the store in consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
• Explain and execute opening and closing procedures when acting as manager on duty and ensure operational excellence in all tasks.
