Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store and support store leadership.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and opening/closing duties.
• Drive sales by supporting store performance and guest experience.
• Maintain outstanding inventory accuracy and processing compliance.
• Collaborate with management to optimize daily operations and team effectiveness.
