Atrium is seeking a Retail Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management, and back-of-house processes in an elevated retail environment. The role focuses on accuracy in inventory, receiving shipments, transfers, replenishment, and maintaining organized back-of-house spaces.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in retail operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in retail operations, stock, inventory, or a similar operations-focused role.
• Experience with receiving shipments, processing transfers, replenishing merchandise, and inventory management.
• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including receiving, tagging, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Receive and process inbound shipments and inter-store transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
• Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments and client orders.
• Maintain organized back-of-house areas and ensure merchandise is accessible.
• Support visual merchandising by preparing and organizing product.
• Collaborate with store leadership and sales teams to locate merchandise and styles.
• Maintain documentation for product movements and shipments.
• Ensure packaging and product handling meet company standards.
• Support the sales floor to enhance the client experience.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and other tasks.
• Maintain appropriate levels of store supplies and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold store standards.
