Job summary

Atrium Staffing seeks a Retail Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management, and back-of-house processes in a luxury retail setting. The role emphasizes receiving shipments, transfers, replenishment, and organized stockrooms while collaborating with leadership and sales teams.

A strong background in retail operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays are preferred. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in retail operations, stock, inventory, or similar role.
• Experience receiving shipments, processing transfers, replenishing merchandise, and managing inventory.
• Experience with cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including receiving, tagging, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Receive shipments and process inter-store transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound shipments and client orders.
• Maintain organized back-of-house areas and accessible merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising by organizing products.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to locate merchandise by size, color, and style.
• Document product movements, transfers, and shipments.
• Ensure packaging meets company standards and assist on the sales floor as needed.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and other operational tasks.
• Maintain store supplies and packaging materials.
