Qualifications

• Experience with receiving shipments, processing transfers, replenishing merchandise, and inventory management.
• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including receiving, tagging, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Receive and process inbound shipments and inter-store transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
• Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments and client orders.
• Maintain organized back-of-house areas and ensure merchandise is accessible.
• Support visual merchandising by preparing and organizing product.
• Collaborate with store leadership and sales teams to locate merchandise and styles.
• Maintain documentation for product movements and shipments.

Position Overview

The Retail Operations Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the store, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, receiving shipments, processing transfers, replenishment, and maintaining organized back-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong retail operations or stock experience who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to interact professionally with store leadership and sales teams.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Retail Operations Associate

• Previous luxury or elevated retail experience strongly preferred.
• Contemporary retail experience with a strong operations/stock background will also be considered.
• Experience with RFID technology is a major plus.
• Experience with POS and inventory management systems.
• Previous experience supporting physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Strong back-of-house and stockroom experience.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
