Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper to maintain a neat stockroom and organized sales floor, ensuring a seamless back-of-house to sales-floor flow. You will support inventory processing, shipping, and product presentation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team setting.

The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accurate inventory management and premium client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to use store equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research shipments per TRR procedures.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards.
• Support loss prevention policies and procedures to protect assets.
• Manage inventory movements: markdowns, transfers, consolidations, receiving, POS transactions.
• Assist with product placement to reflect trends and TRR branding.
