Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of luxury retail management experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the retail location.
• Build, hire, train, and manage the in-store retail team.
• Create an elevated customer experience aligned with the Nahmias brand.
• Develop retail operational systems, workflows, and standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and development.
• Partner with leadership on retail strategy, store growth, and expansion plans.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and KPIs.
• Help evolve processes as the business scales to multiple locations.
• Foster a strong in-store culture reflecting the Nahmias community.
