Qualifications

• Proven track record with progressive coaching approach.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach client experience on the sales floor and align with store goals.
• Observe daily client interactions and provide feedback; update coaching logs.
• Ensure brand behaviors and presentation standards are upheld on the floor.
• Lead leadership development conversations with store leaders and managers.
• Organize and deliver impactful in-store training and onboarding for new hires.
