Qualifications

• Experience with luxury, fashion, or jewelry preferred.
• Strong communication and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce mobile‑first microlearning for the retail platform.
• Manage content calendars, publishing workflows, and learner communications.
• Coordinate vendors, timelines, and issue resolution across regions.
• Analyze learner data to improve programs and regional relevance.
• Develop dashboards tracking engagement and trends by region.
