Job summary

Longchamp USA Inc in Costa Mesa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in directing client experiences, store sales support, operations, and loss prevention.

This role requires 5+ years in luxury retail management, strong leadership, inventory control, and visual merchandising skills. You will coach staff and work to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Retail/Fashion or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a manager in luxury retail, overseeing a team of 7+ people.
• Proficiency in inventory management, client experience enhancement, and visual merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster a positive work environment and staff retention.
• Assist in planning and assigning daily tasks and sales goals for the team.
• Perform morning briefings to recap results and set daily expectations.
• Support Store Manager with scheduling, recruiting, training, and staff development.
• Assist with cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure timely completion of training modules and adherence to company policies.
