Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with a retail or fashion-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of high-end retail or boutique sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Proficient with POS systems, CRM, and basic MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to travel between boutiques as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales to meet store targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the POS.
• Assist with receipts, stock replenishment, and floor displays.
• Support in shipments, transfers, and floor moves.
