Job summary

Longchamp USA Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in directing client experiences, store operations, and loss prevention across our Cerritos boutique.

This role requires at least 5 years in luxury retail, strong leadership, inventory control, visual merchandising, and excellent communication. You will lead by example and develop the team while meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; degree in Retail or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail with 7+ staff.
• Proficiency in inventory management, client experience enhancement, and visual merchandising.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team; set daily tasks and goals.
• Assist in scheduling, recruiting, training, and staff development.
• Oversee POS transactions, daily reconciliations, and cash handling.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly reports with Store Manager.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Uphold customer service standards and clienteling efforts.
