Job summary

Longchamp in Houston, TX is seeking a Store Manager responsible for all aspects of running a profitable store location and shaping the store's culture to deliver outstanding customer service, merchandise presentation and profitability.

The role requires five plus years in luxury retail, at least two years in a store management position with P&L responsibility, and strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and degree in Retail, Fashion, or related field or equivalent.
• Five+ years in high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
• At least two years of retail management experience including P&L, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory, and shrink control and payroll.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, CRM, reports) and ability to run registers.
• Proficient with UPS system and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store communications and staff development to improve retention.
• Manage payroll, time sheets, and direct deposits accurately.
• Oversee merchandising, floor presentation, and stock levels.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales profitability.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Distribution Center and France on shipping and delivery information.
