Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, opening/closing, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book, fostering relationships and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through service excellence and brand values.
• Maintain high store standards and oversee stock replenishment.
