Job summary

SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot is seeking a part-time Keyholder for the Maje South Coast Plaza location. You will support store leadership, ensure a smooth operation, and deliver an exceptional customer experience daily.

You will lead by example in opening/closing, cash handling, and KPI tracking, while building relationships with clients, offering styling advice, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service in luxury retail.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, opening/closing, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personal recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book, fostering relationships and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through outstanding service and brand values.
• Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high store standards, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
• Oversee stock replenishment to align with demand and visual standards.
