SMCP is seeking a passionate Keyholder in California to drive sales, customer engagement, and wardrobe styling across our Sandro, Maje, and Claudie Pierlot brands. You will support opening/closing, cash handling, and daily store operations in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in service and some retail supervision, with strong communication, fashion sense, and flexibility. A path in retail management is encouraged, with benefits including health/dental and a generous employee

Responsibilities

BASE HOURLY RATE RANGE: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour + Commission
