Job summary

SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot is seeking a FULL TIME Keyholder at our Spring Street flagship in SoHo, New York. The role drives guest experience, team leadership, and store operations in a luxury retail setting with competitive hourly pay and commission structure.

You will support opening/closing, cash handling, and KPI tracking while delivering personalized styling and service. A 1+ year background in retail or customer service with leadership potential is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager; cash handling, opening/closing, KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personal recommendations; build client book and drive sales.
• Maintain high store standards and oversee stock replenishment to meet visual standards.
• Support new hires and development; promote a growth-oriented culture.
• Create an inclusive, personalized shopping experience and guide clients through their shopping journey.
