Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and maintain high performance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and discreetly under pressure.
• Experience building relationships with team members.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

• Assist in daily store operations and support store manager.
