Responsibilities

• Support achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly boutique sales goals through KPI tracking.
• Deliver personalized client experiences and grow the Client Book.
• Lead by example, coaching and developing team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising and pristine store presentation.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store compliance.
