Ideal candidates have 3+ years in premium retail, strong presentation and communication skills, and availability for evenings/weekends. You will drive sales, manage KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury or premium retail experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and action plans.
• Coach team with real-time feedback and goal alignment.
• Oversee scheduling, stock, and store operations to ensure luxury standards.
• Lead in the absence of the Store Manager with daily reporting and governance.
• Develop talent and maintain brand-appropriate client experience.
