ZEGNA in Manhasset seeks a General Manager to lead the luxury retail team, elevate client experience, and drive long-term business performance. You will work with the Regional Director and store team to cultivate an empowered, customer-focused environment where people and performance thrive.

You will maximize store profitability, coach talent, and leverage CRM insights to build lasting client relationships while ensuring the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-focused leadership environment.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Confident using digital tools and CRM systems; data drives action.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profitability by analyzing business data and trends.
• Drive external business development with client outreach and in-store events.
• Lead by example; coach team to build lasting client relationships with superior service.
• Leverage CRM insights to set clienteling goals and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with planning and merchandising to optimize product performance and stock.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop top talent; manage conflicts and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with structured coaching.
• Oversee in-store operations, brand standards, and back-of-house processes.
• Manage budgeting, store reporting, payroll, and compliance.
• Uphold high standards for Made to Measure services and personalized client experiences.
