Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. is seeking a General Manager for the Manhasset boutique to lead the Retail Leadership Team, elevate client experience, and drive long-term business performance.

You will work with the Regional Director, Northeast to cultivate an empowered, customer-focused environment where people and performance thrive. You will maximize store sales by analyzing data, setting sales targets, and driving external business development through client outreach and in-store events,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail or client-focused leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, manage and inspire teams.
• Fluent with digital tools and CRM systems; data drives actions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profitability with data-driven plans.
• Lead client outreach, in-store events, and community engagement.
• Coach the team to build lasting client relationships with top service.
• Utilize CRM insights to set clienteling goals and training.
• Maintain product knowledge and conduct regular training.
• Coordinate with planning/merchandising on stock & feedback.
• Hire, onboard, develop and discipline staff when needed.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor progress.
• Ensure brand standards, back-of-house efficiency, and reporting.
