ZEGNA Scottsdale boutique is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the guest experience, drive boutique sales and KPIs, and collaborate with the General Manager to shape daily operations, team development and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in luxury retail or hospitality, a proven sales and people leadership track record, emotional intelligence, superb communication, and a passion for mentorship, service, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proven sales and people leadership.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales and KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff supervision.
• Identify training needs and coach in-the-moment to elevate performance.
• Recruit, onboard and retain top talent while promoting engagement.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to activate in-store events and guest outreach.
• Monitor inventory flow and merchandising to maintain brand standards.
