Job summary

Armani in Schaumburg, IL seeks a General Manager to lead a diverse leadership and sales team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience while aligning merchandising with brand standards.

You will manage end-to-end store operations, collaborate on merchandising and marketing strategies, and lead communications across the team. The role requires strategic leadership, integrity, and travel readiness to support a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in similar retail management
• Experience with buying & merchandising preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports
• Experience delivering Sales Management trainings and presentations
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Open availability to work holidays, nights and weekends
• Language skills in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other languages are a strong asset
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
