Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New York is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering a memorable luxury experience. You will deepen client relationships, drive sales, and showcase product passion across the showroom floor.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales plans, collecting client data, and delivering hospitality through the Tiffany Touch. Strong communication and multi-language abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and drive business through key product pillars.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and Tiffany brand ambassador presence.
