Job summary

Coach is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program. The role requires 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Strong English proficiency is essential, and the schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak traffic periods. The Cashier will process transactions, maintain cashwrap accuracy, assist in training teammates, and support compliance

Qualifications

1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
