Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap. You will greet customers, process transactions, promote the Insider Program, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and policies. The role supports training and maintains organized operations on the sales floor and stockroom.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in cashier or luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
