Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier in the United States to provide exceptional checkout experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. You will act as a brand ambassador, promote the Insider program, and ensure accurate cash handling while supporting the team.

The role requires at least 1 year in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS and mobile tech, and strong English. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected. Physical duties include lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
