Coach is seeking a friendly Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional checkout experiences and uphold our service standards in a luxury retail setting. You will greet customers, promote the Insider Program, handle cash with accuracy, process returns, assist in training teammates, and keep the cashwrap organized in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak seasons. This role requires 1+ years in cashier or retail roles, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout.
• Greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
