Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver top‑tier service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program. You will promote add‑on sales and gift cards while ensuring accurate cash handling and compliance with company policies.

You’ll process returns, assist in training cashiers, and help maintain a clean, organized cashwrap. Flexibility for peak times and a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout.
• Greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program.
• Promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards.
• Complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean.
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
