Job summary

Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and act as a brand ambassador for our Insider Program. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, POS use, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced luxury setting, with flexible scheduling to cover nights, weekends, and peak periods. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and train junior cashiers are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
