Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store goals for personal sales and KPI metrics such as conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Lead and develop associates; coach and provide ongoing training with quarterly development goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and foster a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Communicate effectively up, across, and within the team; maintain high ethical standards.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
