Tumi, a luxury retailer, seeks an Associate Manager for our Las Vegas store to nurture client relationships, drive sales, and uphold brand standards.

You will train and develop teammates, lead by example, and ensure excellent visual merchandising and client service in a fast-paced environment.

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner.
