You will create an elevated client experience that reflects the brand ethos while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. Qualifications

• Strong leadership, initiative, planning, prioritization, and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
• Display initiative, plan, prioritize, and champion change effectively.
• Lead training and development for store associates; conduct quarterly development goals with the Store Manager.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication; maintain ethical conduct and adapt to change.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
