You will develop client relationships, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on growth, excellence, and a premium shopping experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Understanding of the TUMI brand and passion for its lifestyle and products.
• Retail environment involves standing, moving, lifting up to 30 pounds, and using a ladder.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.
• Demonstrates integrity and leads by example.
• Excellent time management and ability to work with teammates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store-based sales goals and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, Data Capture).
• Demonstrate initiative, plan, prioritize, and drive change effectively.
• Train and coach store staff; support quarterly goalsetting and development.
• Communicate effectively; build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain payroll accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver superior client experiences.
